昨夜はリアルティックのタウンゼントから、日足チャートが更新されない件についてサポートを受けるため、WebEx と呼ばれるサポートシステムを体験。
My RealTick daily charts were not updating correctly, so I called the
customer service.
つまり一時的に画面を乗っ取られたのだ。（笑）
The customer service rep used the WebEx, and my computer was totally taken
over by it.
正しくは、タウンゼントのサポートが私のＰＣの画面を操作して、設定をチェックするというもの。
What I mean is the WebEx allows the customer service rep to control my computer 100%.
操作をシェアリングするというマークが表示される。
勝手にマウスが動くのが面白い。
ただし3つのディスプレイのうちの左の画面
つまりメインとなる画面に持ってきたものだけが操作されるようだ。
When the WebEx is activated, the
"sharing" appears on the computer monitor. It is a bit strange to see
the mouse is operated by a remote person. I have three monitors, but the rep
can operate on the item on the left monitor
only.
つまりタウンゼント側のサポートが私の画面を操作して、設定などについてチェックができるというもので、なかなかよくできたシステムだ。
で結局、今の設定では、日本で動かした場合、マーケットが開始しても、すぐに日足が更新されないことが判明したので、ログを調査するということで、記録のログをとって終了。
日足の更新はいまのところ Ctrl + Shift + R で一発更新というのが最短の方法なのだという。
リアルティックは、いまのところ問題になるのはこの点だけで、レベル２をたくさん並べても、ＣＰＵにはほとんど負担がかからないし、画面サイズを一時的に縮小して、また拡大してもレイアウトは崩れないし、さすがによくできている。
というわけでなかなか刺激的な体験だった。
The rep can check my computer system with WebEx. Anyway, he found out the
RealTick daily chars do not function properly in Japan. So, he had to check
logs later. Meantime I have to press three keys (Ctrl + Shift + R) to update
daily charts.
I don't have other problems with
RealTick. I can display many level II quotes without causing too much burden on
the CPU. I can re-size screen size without distorting formats. I'm very
satisfied with RealTick.
It was a stimulating experience.
というわけで、今日は少し遅い時間でのチャートとなってしまった。

charts are not from the opening minutes.
こういうようにチャートが美しいのが GOOG の素晴らしいところだね。

エントリーの方向へ動いた場合マーケットの終わり際に脱出してもＯＫだ。マーケットの指数をよく見るのがポイントだ。これもあまりにも簡単に勝てるので、欲が出ないように気をつけること。これが唯一の注意点

This
will be available May 8.
Each figure shows the size of
the gap, the order of moving averages, the new high or new low in the past five
days. The trigger indicates the buying and selling pressure. We do not hold
overnight positions more than five days. A long position will be closed when
the stock gaps down. (Sometimes, the position is liquidated on the second gap-down.)
The opposite rules applies for closing short positions.
項目は右からギャップの厚さ・MAの順番・5日または前日の抵抗線の位置・トリガーの有無。選択予定数は保有中のものがないので最大5銘柄。ルールは買いの場合、ギャップアップでホールド
。ギャップダウンまたは2回のギャップダウンで脱出。ショートは逆。
ギャップは大きいがロング
